What Is the Welcome Home Program?

The Welcome Home Program is a service that aids individuals who have just been discharged from the hospital or that have had a medical procedure and require some level of assistance. Our caregivers will pick you up, drive you home, help you get in and out of the car, and settle you in. They will prepare a meal for you and stay at your home for several hours, making sure you are fine and have everything you need. We introduced the Welcome Home Program in Chicagoland and the surrounding area to help all those requiring only a short-term service. We proudly serve Chicagoland, as well as many other counties including Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, and Will.
